Before you apply, get the information you need. Print and complete the FAFSA worksheet on the web for FAFSA applicants. Dream Act applicants use the Dream Act Worksheet.
Complete the FAFSA or Dream ACT application from October 1, 2018 - March 2, 2019. If you have any trouble with the FAFSA, call (800) 433-3243. Listen carefully to the prompts so that you can speak to a live assistant.
Attend a Cash 4 College Workshop at MHS to get help completing your FAFSA/Dream Act:

Thursday, February 21, 2019, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check your email for the SAR (Student Aid Report) for accuracy. Make corrections if necessary.
Check your email for the CAR (California Aid Report) for accuracy. If you have not received one, contact Mrs. Cornejo to check for any errors that need to be corrected.
Contact the University Financial Aid Office if family income has substantially changed (more than a $5,000 difference) or for any special circumstances.
Compare your award letters (if you've been accepted to various schools) to determine where you will go.
Confirm your School of Attendance on Web Grants 4 Students.
Confirm your Graduation Date on Web Grants 4 Students, in May.
